‘The Light Princess’ is a book written by ‘George MacDonald’ I illustrated a sequence from Chapter 11 where an evil Witch creates a potion that turns into a magical snake crawling out of the cauldron. 

This illustration won the ‘Illustration by Huntleys’ Scottish Illustration Festival Children's Book Illustration prize. For this, I was awarded a Six-month Mentorship with Picture Hooks.
